TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Age Restrictions

You must be over the age of 18 to book The Tipsy Tourer.

Our staff are trained to challenge anyone who looks younger than 25. If ID is not provided, we have the right to refuse the sale of alcohol.

​Bookings 

A securing deposit of £300 is required at time of booking. A further £300 will be due 10 days prior to your event.

The hire fee of £100.00 is non refundable. However, the remaining

£500 deposit is refundable, subject to the value of sales at your event. The £500 deposit will be returned as soon as £500 worth of drinks are purchased at the event.

Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel the booking, we will provide you with an opportunity to rearrange the date free of charge, thereafter the initial £250.00 deposit will be non-refundable.

Set up 

On the day of the event we will require access two hours prior to the event to allow us to set up.

​

Compliance

The Tipsy Tourer has a full alcohol licence which will be displayed on the day. We have both personal and public liability cover for all of our team.

Covid 

We adhere to Covid regulations set at the time.
